Becoming...GALS (Girls Acquiring Leadership Skills) - Youth (Ages 8-10)

Adolescence is a challenging time all on its own. Stress and emotional despondency levels have hit all-time highs for girls! Between school, friends, family, social media, the pandemic, social distancing, social injustices, political climate, and so much more, maintaining physical and mental health and wellness has been challenging. Equip her to finish the academic school year strong and with success while developing leadership and life skills.

Girls ages 8-10 are invited to register for the Spring Break bootcamp focused on developing and enhancing healthy ways to manage stress, empowerment to feel and understand emotions, inspiration to self-regulate and self-manage with personal success, and enrichment in prioritizing self-awareness and self-development. She will engage in group chats, exercices, and assessments centered on the importance of taking care of self, tips for managing social media, relationships, and personal wellness, and combatting the influx of mental and emotional stressors.
